Is there any way to pick my elephatee by interest? My fiance has a whole box of cat toys and the only thing that her cats respond to is string. I just moved so most of the [del]crap[/del] elephant worthy items I had have been throw out. I’ll check this weekend before I make a commitment. I also want to check to see if I can get rid of the unused cat toys.
What? Nobody wants my cat? Why not? She’s 14, cranky, meows a lot, and won’t poop in her litterbox. What could possibly be wrong with her? She has a really cute fat belly.

Uh, no. Sorry - I have enough crap to keep track of without trying to figure out what elephantee wants cat toys - I’m not willing to go there.
That being said, a box of cat toys counts as a good elephant prize, regardless of if your elephantee actually has a cat, ya know.
As alice says, it would be way too much trouble for her to be matching it up. And the whole point of a White Elephant is not to get things you necessarily need! But junk. So go ahead and send the cat toys to anyone, and that will be fun too.
Oh, man, I did a sweep of the house last night and came up with a few gems. I will also be visiting a friend who is the queen of all pack rats; I think I can convince her to part with a few choice items…

Actually, most of those winners went home with my nephew this summer. He was thrilled! My daughter got some too. I believe in spreading the wealth!
