I don’t think he should go to jail. I think the White House is justified in revoking his press pass, for being a rude asshole who tries to monopolize the press conference for his own self-aggrandizement, and for putting his hand on the intern who was trying to stop him from monopolizing the press conference.
Look, I get it - the SDMB would like nothing better than to turn every press conference into an event where reporters take turns being rude assholes to Trump. The problem was, Acosta didn’t want to take turns.
