White republican wins election by fooling black voters

A justification just as paper thin as those given by eBay scammers.

“Please point out where I claimed you were buying an actual iPad instead of a picture of an iPad for $350”.

You would have to point to an actual example.

That’s not really true. Thieves don’t stick around making lame excuses; they just run away with the money. So you could argue that making excuses for such people is an even more degrading and pointless occupation.

Correct. When dealing with racists, being the wrong race is a negative. I guess we should go back to requiring that everyone list their race on public documents, so they can’t trick us.

Terr agrees all republican politicians are dishonest, deceive voters, and cannot be trusted. He still supports them anyway.

This statement is true, and perfectly ok to say to describe Terr, by his own logic.

Where was the rest of his resume, then?

And all democrat politicians as well.

From what I recall you haven’t applauded that in past threads. That’ll be fun to watch going forward.

Feel free to fast forward to 2:20

Ok, technically it wasn’t a picture of an iPad for $350, it was 2 pictures of cell phones for $450.

I don’t applaud facts. I just state them. I liked the kung-fu elegance of turning the democrat “strength” of having hoards of low-information reflex voters against themselves in this case, I have to admit.

It doesn’t show the auction page or the description in the auction. Show it.

 the next two sentences after the one that you quoted.

Pot, meet kettle. Always amusing when conservatives claim that Democrats are the ones who lean more on low-information voters.

You’re right, I’m a complete idiot for thinking that you have the capacity to engage in an honest discussion.

My bad.

Is Terr claiming they aren’t scammers? Is he making a general argument in favor of dishonesty? I… I don’t understand why he needs a cite saying that scams on ebay exist. If I mentioned that sometimes people get murdered, am I going to have to prove that too?

I am sure there are scammers. I am still to see an example of the scam presented.

If an Ebay seller claims to be selling an IPad for $350 and instead sends a picture of one, that’s fraud. If an Ebay seller claims to be selling a picture of an IPad for $350 and someone pays him for that, and gets the picture, that’s not fraud. So - which one was it?

Why does this even matter? This is the perfect example of the “Ask for cites for the most common, bullshit things, even if it has nothing to do with anything at hand in order to derail the topic” that the conservatives on this board LOVE to do.

But no, the “picture” thing is very common, where they say “picture of” in extremely tiny, fine print somewhere that’s hard to see, and then list specs, say it’s new in box, etc, etc in large print as if you’re getting the actual device. It’s considered a scam, and a bannable offense by ebay. Do you think it’s NOT a scam? If so, it’s really amazing how heartless and evil conservatives are! As long as you can get away with it, it’s ok, apparently.

Show me. It’s very common after all.

Cheesesteak, you know better than this. Phrasing it this way doesn’t make it not an insult.
