We’re not measuring quality at all. This is entirely about quantity. You want to know about quality, there are other threads discussing it, but it’s somewhat more subjective.
You know there are a number of people missing from that last list who are around 2000 posts. Wonder if a mod would let one of us into the member’s area quickly or if that wonderful coldfire guy would do it for us sometime… 
Yeah, I used the people from the old list. It took long enough to get all their post counts. I wasn’t about to try to track down everyone who might be on the list.
