Although it was a long time ago, I was 28 when I wrote a poem about my crush on Teri Garr. I took it seriously enough that I included said poem in a set submitted for a national collegiate contest.

It did not win. Ms. Garr is 62 and troubled by illness now, but I still adore her.

Femme, 46 two days ago: Johnny Depp, John Lurie, Wilhem DaFoe, and, my lifelong odd crush, Johnny Eck Kinda whupped up here, because, while searching for a photo, I came across this Johnny Eck museum site, which is news to me. Since a teen, he’s mesmerizingly beautiful to me, I’ve just had the biggest crush on him.

Wavering about not posting this, because it is odd in the scope of normal beauty, but, I’ll post it, because it is an honest appreciation of Wow, I think this guy is really beautiful, and it’s always struck right to my heart as such.
