No choice for Jim? We got a glimpse in previous seasons how “Michael-like” he actually is, although less buffoon-ish.
The choice for Jim is “other”.
I put Ray Romano. I never liked anything that he was in, but I can see him as a good, “goofy” boss without being too much like Michael. I logically think that Andy is going to be the next boss though… Helms hit it big with “The Hangover”, so I can see him being top billed, and his character Andy has a good resume.

I did! Jim seems to be pushing for Daryl really hard, though, so I doubt he’ll actually be the manager next season.
He would be absolutely perfect and would boost the ratings for this show. The guy is a master of clueless and the dean of the non-sequitur. Any of the current cast members are too predictable after this many years, IMO.

That guy seems funnier than Carell to me. Then again, I never found Carell that funny on the show.
His stint on Flight of The Concords was hysterical.
