Who has been, or would goto, a live sex show?

Back in late November my girlfriend and I were in Amsterdam for a few days. As we somehow wondered into the Red Light District, how I really don’t know, I would never find myself there, we saw a sign for a “Live Fuck Show” for 2 Euro. She decided to find out when the show started, I of course would never do such a thing, only to find out it didn’t start until later.

Since we had time to kill we continued to wander around the District. We came upon a Red Light District information center. Inside they had all the good information, and the woman who worked there suggested one of the other shows that ran around 25 Euros instead of 2.

After leaving the shop, we headed down the main drag and were asked if we wanted tickets to a show. We found the “Casa Rosso” theater, which was one of the two that was suggested to us in the information center. She convinced me to buy us a couple of tickets, maybe it was because they had offered us the day show for free. So across the street we go, I guess the day show just isn’t good enough for the night stage.

As we enter the theater, we see people having sex on stage. Don’t ask what I thought we’d see though, that is what we paid for after all. We walked in at the end of the set, so we only saw a couple of minutes of these two going at it, then with her on top, the curtains closed and they waved good-bye. I’m not sure if I’ll ever forget that, the wave that is.

Next we were treated to a porno, I thought they said they’d have more show later on but, after 15-20 minutes of watching the movie with only us and a couple of other people there we left. We could rent a porno in the hotel after all.

Later that night after a good dinner we went back to the main theater. We found some seats in the middle and sat down for the show. BTW if you’re interested in seeing a show the best place I think to sit is down in front so that people aren’t getting up in front of you all the time. Had I thought about it I would have moved up front, plus for us tall guys the seats are pretty tight. Anyway back to the stage. So first off there was a stripper on stage, nothing like the strippers I’ve seen in the states, this was more like a naked dance, which of course is all good.

After a couple of strippers came the first of three couples on stage. The guy was dressed all in black and the woman as a nun. They went through a dance, taking off their clothes, giving oral to each other, then on to the middle of the stage and a rotating bed came up. They went through a number of different positions and the certain closed. No waving that I can remember though.

Next we were treated to a “dildo” show, where a woman came out and used a dildo while she stripped and sat on a chair. Then out came a black couple. They seemed to be the most into it out of all the couples we saw that night. They really seemed to enjoy themselves on stage and with each other.

The next act was called the banana show. The woman on staged wanted five people to come up on stage with her. Since the theater wasn’t very crowded she only got three, with me being one of them. She took us on stage and one at a time had a dance with us, telling us how to move. I was told I was the best dancer, of course girlfriends are supposed to say those things right? Next we did a conga line, with me up front. Then the audience started laughing, I had no idea why but it turned out that there was a guy in a monkey suit and a dildo going after the last guy in line. I was glad to be behind the stripper. Then came the banana part of the show. The stripper gave each of us a number, me being number one, then pulled out a banana. I’m not sure where she got it from since she was naked, I thought it better not to ask. She then peals the banana, lays on her back and puts it between her legs telling number one, me, to come over on my hands and knees and take a bite.

After that fun bit was the last of the couples. They were the worst of the three as they seemed really bored the whole time. I guess you would be too if you were having sex a few times a day. The only real interesting thing they did was put her on her head and him giving oral sex that way. After that the performers were the same so we decided to leave. We needed to get back to the hotel since it was a long day and we had just gotten there that morning.

Over all the show was more artistic then porno, that suprised me. We both enjoyed the show and I’d probably go back again.

Several questions:
Were they real-life couples, just co-workers, or was there really no way to tell?

Were the gentlemen condomed? Did the gentlemen reach the point of ‘money,’ so to speak?

Was there music and a laser light show going on as well? Or was it just silent, with nothing but moans of delight filling the room?

Who else was in the audience? Mostly couples? Single ladies? Creepy guys ‘polishing their eyeglasses’ under their trenchcoats?

In the porno sense:
Only 1x - Girl-on-Girl action - In the downstairs room of a tittty bar on Queens Blvd.

In the artistic sense:
Does anyone here in the US remember Love, Spit, Love? I even vaguely recall Donahue making a fuss over it. It hit galleries here and LA and has nothing to do with the musical artists of the same name

There was no way to tell for sure, but the first couple had rings on, don’t know for sure if they were married or not. There were a bit older, later 30s maybe. We did see the bored couple after the show giggling and holding hands walking down the street.

No, no condoms that I saw, though I was 30 feet away so they might have been but I’m pretty sure they were not. There was no “money shots”, no one had an orgasam, or they didn’t show it at least.

Music yes, I don’t remember any lasers though. Nor do I remember any moans.

The audience was a mix. The afternoon show was mostly guys, with a few couples. I also believe that there was one guy next to Iris working on his eyeglasses. The evening show there were more couples, maybe 4-5, and I think a bus load of oriental men came in as well. Since it was November though it wasn’t too full.

BWAHAHAAHAH

Great.

On my first trip through Europe, at a youth hostel, two American guys were there and the one told the story about how his buddy was asked to stay and perform in one of those shows in Amsterdam for a summer job. Seems his buddy was rather endowed and they had offered him a pretty good salary. He turned it down.

We asked the guy why he didn’t do it and he (actually, rather shy) said that he didn’t think he could “do it” more than three times a night and they wanted a minimum of four.

I don’t know why, but I found that so funny I couldn’t stop laughing for about an hour, which only embarassed the guy even more.

For about the next three years, my own little “in” joke was, “sorry - minimum of four.”

Straight male here. The kind of show described by the OP doesn’t really appeal to me… on the other hand, I’m very interested in seeing Zumanity

I visited Times Square about 20 years ago, and while I was in one of the adult book stores there I saw a sign advertising the “Red Room” for $10.
I paid my $10 and went inside. They first had two lesbians perform, and then a straight couple. Not much of a show, just people on a platform having sex.
The interesting part for me was that most of the audience were couples sitting in the back rows. I sat in the front row to try to avoid sitting in someone else’s sticky spot.

I was helping a friend who ran web pages gather ‘content’ at the annual Las Vegas convention a couple of years ago. I took a bunch of photos of Ron Jeremy & ‘freinds’ performing a live sex show. Still have the photos.

Great, now I can’t get the phrase “Donner, party of 5” out of my head. Fill in your own porno jokes.

Since this topic is technically about “Performance Art”, I am moving this thread from IMHO to Cafe Society.

snicker

Saw one in Rio. Pretty boring, actually. The booze was way overpriced too, even by “dollar-to-Cruzero” exchange rates. I don’t know how any “local” could afford a drink! I wasn’t really interested in going, but the people I was hangin’ with did and were chicken to go alone. I was happier outside, on the street, sitting at the outside tables at a bar drinking cheap Antartica.

I miss that beer.

Wow, I’ve never had a thread moved before. I for one wasn’t expecting to see it show up in Cafe Society that’s for sure.

I went to one in Phuket. Most of the show was just women doing amazing things with their snatches. We’re talking blowing whistles, tricks with bananas, shooting ping pong balls and shooting paper darts at balloons.

The most amazing one was when a lady brought out a small aquarium and put it on stage. One by one the ladies would walk out and squat over the tank and drop in a bunch of water. When the tank was half full or so, a lady came over and one by one dropped three live gold fish into the tank.

The finale was a man and a woman having sex in a few position for a bit. No money shot.

It was entirely unerotic.

Ed, think I went to the same show! My brothers stag party was in Amsterdam a couple of years ago. We went to one of these shows out of curiosity. Strippers followed by this guy dressed up as the grim reaper, scythe an’ all. There was another stag party in front of us and the heckling became uncontrollable. The grim reaper was busily receiving head but visibly laughing from all the jokes flung his way.
There was also a bit where some lassy inserted a lit candle into her nether regions and asked members of the audience to come light their smokes…
It was a fun experience more than anything erotic.
Would I go again, possibly. But then I doubt I would go to Amsterdam again tbh.

There’s a clip available online that seems to be from a Japanese television game show. Looks completely authentic, with hosts, an game show intro, a full mixed ordinary-looking audience and all, but the show seemed to be about pulling women from the audience to have sex onstage with male strippers. Everything was pixilated in the standard Japanese fashion, but it was clear that the sex and nakedness were real.

Is this an actual television show, and if so, what’s the story behind it?

Haven’t been, but what the hell? My curiosity would get the best of me so, my answer is ‘yes.’ Not to mention it would be a great story to tell at parties.

I was at that same part of Amsterdam once with a friend/colleague of mine. He’s originally from Taiwan and was insistent to see either the “live show” or the “Banana show”, which was across the street. I really wasn’t enthusiastic for either but thought the Banana one would be the lesser of two evils.

So we went into the bar (this was about 3-4 years ago, I forget the price), and it was a small, crowded bar with about 4 or so women “working” on stage. They all looked at least 50 years old. Still, there was a very enthusiastic crowd of young drunk, mainly Brit males. I stood as far from the stage as I could because I found it really disgusting (like naked women, but I like them to be vaguely attractive at least in a darkish room). There were about five different “shows” you could pay to watch (and of course every one else could see these as they were performed on the bar). I really don’t remember what they all were. In all I found the Red Light District in Amsterdam wholly unappealing.

Ewwww. Oh, sorry…you mean to sit in…;).

Anyway, been there and done that, although they didn’t give out T-shirts. Saw a show in downtown Pittsburgh back in the early 80s. The “performers” came down off the stage and did various things with audience member’s members in exchange for “tips”. The “star” was an aging porn star who shot ping pong balls and blew out candles. The facility was raided a few days after we were there and was closed down.

We almost went to the “Banana” show, but just went to the regular show. I did hear the same thing about the banana show, you had to pay extra. I didn’t think the women or the men where that bad looking. I guess we got lucky and saw the right show then. So anyone looking for that type of show you know where to go now!
