Her entire adult life, Cassis never weighed more than 5 lbs. Most people thought she was a kitten. With the hyperthyroidism and kidney issues when she was older, she managed to clock in at 4 lbs for a while.
She passed away last month.
My mom’s cat Rocky never got any bigger than 5 or 6 pounds. She was a Persian, and never have you seen anything more pathetic than that fluffy beast when her fur was all slicked down after a bath. We always teased Mom about how Rocky was actually a hamster or a guinea pig.
RIP, Rocket Cat!
Tribble only got above 5 1/2 lbs. when she was pregnant (her three kittens were larger than her at 3 months old; one of them is around 18 lbs at less than a year and a half)
