Who hates coffee?

See, I think this is where we just agree to disagree. Milk is delicious. Especially whole milk. Ice cold whole milk. Goes great with chocolate chip cookie dough (vanilla!) ice cream

I love coffee in all its forms… except as a hot liquid in a mug. Coffee ice cream used to be my absolute favorite ice cream, before I became lactose intolerant. Chocolate covered coffee beans are awesome. Steamin’ cup of joe? Can’t stand it. Wierd, but that’s how I am. I’m half convinced that sooner or later, I’ll come around, but it hasn’t happened yet.

The other thing I absolutely cannot stand that people love beyond reason is beer. I’d rather drink bleach.

Here’s a question for non-coffee drinkers: how do you feel about dark chocolate? I can’t stand the stuff, myself. Milk chocolate, or nothing.

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little…

It’s edible, but I don’t find it very good. Milk is better. White is best.

Maybe it’s an acquired taste.

I like the smell, love coffee-flavored ice cream and such, and am generally OK with the flavor of coffee. However, I very rarely drink it.

I don’t really care for hot beverages in general, which I suppose is my main problem with coffee. I think I have a sensitive mouth or something; folks around me will be happily sipping away, while I feel like I’m scalding my tongue and lips on the same liquid. I have to wait far longer than I care to for most coffee I encounter to cool down, and in the end it’s just not worth the hassle.

Hot tea brings similar woes, so I generally avoid it as well.

Iced tea, on the other hand, rocks…
