Who in fiction are you? (Book Week Scotland Personality Test)

I’m Atticus Finch

Hercule Poirot - really? Well the internet never lies… I suppose I should start working a waxed moustache.

I’m another** Mma Ramotswe **from The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency. Yeah, I think age narrowed things down a lot.

It also looked like they were contrasting Thinking/Feeling as well as Introverted/Extroverted. Glad they didn’t bother with the full Myers-Briggs typing.

I got Jean Valjean.

Welp, off to steal bread!

I got Katniss too. Never read the books. The description didn’t sound too bad.

To be fair there was absolutely no indication that Dumbledore was gay in the books, that seems to be just something that J.K. Rowling mentioned after the series was finished. So just pretend you didn’t know that.

The female equivalent of Geoge Smiley seems to be Clarice Starling, at least thats the result I got after responding to every question exactly the same but indicating that I was female.

I don’t even have to take the test to know I’m Lenny from Of Mice or Men :frowning:

Who the h— is Charlie Bucket?? Never read the book nor saw the movie, never heard of the character, but apparently I resemble him…

Mr Darcy :eek::cool:
Did anyone get Elizabeth Bennet?

Charlie from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (aka Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory). If I had to guess his traits, empathy, honesty and hard worker would be up there.

Lucky you! I aspire to be Jane-like, though I’m too old. I got this Ramotswe chick.

Mary Poppins!

I’ll take that, I guess - could be worse!

I’m Emma Morley.

I don’t know who that is. I mean, I see she’s a character from a movie and was played by Anne Hathaway. But that’s all I know.

It’s funny, very light reading. But I found it very funny and quirky-charming.

I’m Emma Woodhouse, from Emma. Apparently I’m just fun fun fun.

Here is a character analysis of Emma Morley, FWIW.

Some quotes:

I re-took the test saying I was male and now I’m Atticus Finch. Sweet!

me too.

I am Atticus Finch (no, I am Atticus Finch!).

I am so not Atticus Finch. They seem to have a pretty limited set of choices in their fictional characters, especially if they came up with that, for me, out of, what, a dozen questions? For several of the questions my real answer would have either been something else than the two options, or a combination of the two options.
Roddy

Another Hermione checking in.

I’m Alice from Alice in Wonderland.

I’m not really sure how I feel about this.
