Me too. How in the hell would you know, unless you checked every female PhD in the country (And that’s a fluid number, isn’t it)? Even then, who is the “hottest” is up to interpretation.

We watched a lot of videos in astronomy class in college and I was shocked at how many good-looking women went into the field of astronomy, and made it to the very top levels. I woulda figured getting within shooting distance of a telescope would guarantee you not getting laid before 30 but I was wrong.

Australia rather than the USA, but I nominate Dr Clio Creswell. She’s witty, charming, attractive and very intelligent.
First of all, PhDs are hot in and of themselves; second of all, there are a lot of Phds in the US, so it would be difficult to settle on just one.

When I was in grad school, one of the PhD students was rumored to have been a Playboy bunny in Chicago, and had been in a pictorial. I never saw the evidence, but I could believe it She was head of our local ACM, and she ran a meeting in a see-through blouse once - a meeting I missed because I was talking to a vendor. 
Sorry no pictures, and her hotness evaporated with time.
