Who is this woman?

Just watched FDR on the Bio channel.
Looking at the credits, and seeing Mike Wallace I know it’s old biographies from 50s-60s they’re showing. While looking at the 6? sketches they show in those credits you’ll see Einstein,Ghandi, and Babe Ruth along with FDR,and a woman on the bottom right.

When these shows were current it always struck me as a glam shot of Dorothy Kilgallen with a full chin.I know this can’t be it.

Who is she supposed to be? M Curie was always my best guess, tho I’ve never seen a pic of her,and know she couldn’t have looked like Greer Garson.

I don’t get cable so I don’t know what picture you’re referring to, but here’s Biography’s website for “Women of History”:

Some of them have photos. Perhaps the one you’re looking for is there?

Thanks for the link.Unfortunately these are pen and ink sketches (on the show) not photos,so it’s hard to match up the photos I’ve seen there with the person.Plus a lot of those bios have no pictures.

All the men in the sketches are instantly recognizable to me,but not the woman.

being a old guy i have a few thoughts having not seen it but here are a few
Princess Grace Grace Kelly
Babe Dickingson golfer

The woman has dark shoulder length hair, kinda rules out those 2.Maybe she was meant to represent all women? It was the 50s,and other than actresses, women weren’t that visible in the newsreels.

That’s funny. Babe Didrikson was a golfer, too.

IIRC, it’s Golda Meir. I could be wrong though.
