Who is Zoraida and why can't I shake her/him/it?

It doesn’t seem to matter how I set my filters, Zoraida gets through. So, my questions about this creature are:

Why don’t you manually set up a filter on “Zoraida”? It can’t be that common a term in your other emails.

It’s a name, for one thing. I used to work with a Zoraida.
