In MPSIMS, there is a thread started by Roger the Shrubber entitled Okay, we gotta try this game!. Yet the forum says that is was started by Logical_Phallusy, and that name is not a link to anything. Is Logical_Phallusy a username that is used whenever vBulletin messes up, or what? I searched for Logical_Phallusy but nothing came up.
What’s the deal?
IIRC, Logical_Phallusy and Roger the Shrubber are one and the same. LP probably requested a name change after the thread was started, but the database kept the name of the thread starter as LP while all posts were retroactively changed to the new name. I think the name/member/post count list is somewhat loaded separtately, in order to be up-to-date, while the thread in question (already a year old) is labelled in the database with the date and name etc of when it began.
Or something like that.

Don’t know the full details, except that Logical_Phallusy is a username that was removed from our database for whatever reason. Possibly a name change as mnemosyne said.
