My teenage daughter was ecstatic about her latest aquisition …a t-shirt emblazoned with the logo ’ von dutch '. I have no idea what this represents…is Von Dutch a fashion designer? Or an actor?
To me, it is just an ordinary t-shirt…I shudder to ask her what she paid for this.
Is Von Dutch the next Calvin Klein?

Holy carp, but that’s one annoying-as-heck website!
You know, I have been meaning to ask this question. I went to the beach this summer and the little surf shops were selling dozens of T-shirts with “Von”-something written in that script. Usually the “Dutch” was replaced with something else, as in “Von Bitch.” I had no clue what those were all about.
This is a great article about Von Dutch that my friend sent me a while ago…
Here’s another article about the real Von Dutch.
Given the opinions he expressed in the article, I can’t imagine anything more diametrically opposed to his outlook on life, than a company that sells overpriced clothing.
Anyone interested in Von Erich t-shirts?
How about Eric Von Zipper?
Big Deal.
I have an official Von Sclub card in my wallet as proof of my eternal and inestimable coolness.
Him, I do not like.
