A quick Google search revealed only that Kucinich voted against and Kerry voted for the Act. I’m looking for an actual list breaking down the yes/no votes in both houses of Congress. Anyone have it or know where to find that?

Now, there have been a few pieces of legislation since then to amend, extend and otherwise tweak the Patriot Act. You can find out about those by using your friend THOMAS provided by the good folks at the Library of Congress. (I don’t really have the patience to look all of them up right now.)
Thanks man, I wasn’t familiar with that internet tool, I shall have to bookmark it for further use.
