We’re always exchanging pics, and some of them are Facebook pics, how’s about we stick blogs out there? No one that feels like hiding personal info that’s on their blog needs to play, but once in a while, someone turns out to actually be interesting.
I haven’t been working on it so much lately. Work (er, intergalactic gladiator work… yeah) is getting a little tougher and I’m going for my masters, plus all the trouble at home and abroad.
Anyway, this was my experiment to write some science fiction, some comedy, a little parody/homage to practice writing for maybe something for real. I haven’t written anything real yet aside from a short story that got published before I started the blog.
Despite that, I have some stories in there that I’m really proud of.
Here’s mine, This Day In Football History (which is pretty much as described, but by “football,” I mean “soccer”). I started it as a challenge to write an article every day for a year. I’m closing in on 6 months now, so there’s plenty of content.
Though it’s called Threatening Love Letters, there aren’t any love letters ('sides the banner) and very few threats. It’s an eclectic mix of music recs, book/tv/movies reviews, politics and any other random stuff that comes to mind when I feel like posting. (The vampire poll has to do with a post from last week, ftr.)
My wife and I have a blog, which seems so far to be a fairly random collection of stuff- booze and cooking posts by me, and craft/cooking/art posts by her.
