Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, arguably (and perhaps demonstrably) the two best teams in the world, will face each other again tomorrow. What’s interesting about this meeting is that both had poor performances mid-week and each are a goal down at the midpoint of their Champion’s League semi-finals. The 2nd legs of these are scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday and Wednesday, versus Bayern and Chelsea, respectively.
Please give me your score predictions and reasons.
Probably a draw, but I think Barcelona–based on their record against Real Madrid over the past few seasons–has the better chance of the two to get a win. I’m rooting for Real Madrid, though.
I can’t remember seeing Messi as uninvolved in a match as today’s. Madrid played tight and clearly for counters, but for once, they did so without hacking Barca left, right, and center. Very good goal by Ronaldo, too.
