Who would switch brands of hot dogs buns if a company packaged 10 instead of 8?

I am writing a proposal for a class as to why there are 10 hot dogs and only 8 hot dogs buns. It is directed towards the wonder bread company about adding two more buns to the package in order to not only equal the number of hot dogs sold but also because it would increase sales. I am suppose to take a survey of how many people would buy them if they were to increase the bun count to ten since they would be the only company offer ten buns. So how many of you would start buying them because they would be the only company offering ten buns??? Or if not, why would you continue buy the packs of 8?

The buns I buy already come in packages of 10, same as the hot dogs.

BTW, this belongs in IMHO not GQ.

If they made whole wheat buns and sold them for the same price per bun as the 8-packs, then yes.

Funny, the hot dogs and buns I buy both come in packages of 8. But Cecil had some things to say about this.

The hot dogs and buns I buy come in 8-packs.

Since GQ is for questions with factual answers and IMHO is for opinions and polls, I’ll move this to IMHO for you.

I buy hot dogs and buns that come in 8 packs.

I can’t say I pay enough attention.

Sometimes a bun tears, so it’s good to have spares.
