If I were gay it would be for Gillian Anderson. Her role in the X-files was totally cool.
Paul Newman from his Cool Hand Luke era.
If I were to go hetero, I’d do Salma Hayek-yowza!
Actually, I think they are two completly different questions. If forced at gunpoint to “go gay”, I’d choose someone who looked as feminine as possilble. Since I’m not gay, I’m not going to enjoy sex with a man, so my best chance of “enjoying”* the experience would be a womanly man. Like RuPaul, maybe.
But, if I actually were suddenly gay, then it’s a completely different question. I have to think like someone who does like men, so I’d pick someone like… hmmm… Evan/Joe Millionaire is pretty hot. Tobey Macguire’s cute.
- as much as one could enjoy having sex at gunpoint, of course
Ok, so far it looks like “The Man Most Likely to Make People Question their Sexuality” is none other than:
Runner up:
And the award for “Woman Most Likely to Make People Question their Sexuality” goes to:
Runner up:
In the new catagory “Most Disturbing Entry,” the award goes to:
Stanley Kubrick
No offense, but going gay for a dead guy is kind of wierd.
Sheesh. I didn’t know it had to be a Hollywood hunk or hunkess, but of that genre, Leonardo de Caprio is sweet looking. But I don’t get hard looking at him. There are several friends I might enjoy a roll in the hay with, but they are all so straight–or hung up–to even think about. So I don’t! :dubious:
Damn, I must be gayer than I thought. This took a while, but I would have to say Julianna Margulies
And for the straight guys with warm fuzzy feelings about Brad Pitt (bleh!) may I recommend Charlie Hunnam?
Okay, one more whack at this goofy subject: As a very young teener long ago, I thought Sabu was a pretty juicy jungle joyboy.
Then I discovered that bodies with bouncy boobs and swishing butt muscles were better by far than a quick jerk-off with a buddy. What a wonderful discovery!
Shirley Manson (when she had red hair - hate the blonde androgany thing)
Allison Hannigan
The girl who played faith on Buffy. Eliza something. yum.
Miranda Otto (Eowyn from LotR)
Well, to me, to “go gay” (again!) = “falling in love”
Gene Wilder, young or old
Alton Brown on Food Network
and since no-one talks dirty like a drag queen, RuPaul!
On the one hand, I wish there was a “Who would you go straight for?” thread, but on the other hand I’m too lazy to do it myself and everyone else is posting their answers to that question here, so…
Eddie Vedder. I’ve had a huge crush on him since I was twelve, when I saw him write “PRO-CHOICE” on his arm on MTV Unplugged. (And if that doesn’t date me, nothing will!)
A very wise and very butch friend of mine assures me that what with Vedder’s pro-choice activism, Green Party support, flannel shirts and big boots, not to mention the hanging out with Gloria Steinem and reading Ms., this is practically the same as having a crush on a lesbian. Perhaps that thought would be of some comfort to the guys on the Pearl Jam fan group I used to frequent, some of whom were occasionally known to make awkward posts like “If I were gay…which I’m not!..I’d probably think he was pretty hot. But I’m not gay, so I don’t. Really. I have a girlfriend!”
Then I’d chuckle and post this link. Heh heh. Good times.
Mangetout and Bippy, it’s McGregor, not Mac or Greggor.
Sorry. A bit sensitive about my favorite actor.
Anyway, Nicole Kidman
The Rock
George Clooney
Brad Pitt
hrh
Oh, good lord, yes you may. He shares responsibility (along with the Pet Shop Boys and my eighth-grade French teacher, Mr. Timms) for my British accent fetish.
uh, matt_mcl,
You speak French in Montreal with British accent? Better be careful you don’t pick up any American slang from this backwash of culture south of the border!
For the last 15 years, whenever this conversation has come up, I’ve said Johnny Depp. Or a very young Elvis.
And yes, I’ve taken my walk on the wild side. It was 1983, I was 19 years old, very drunk, with a very attractive gay friend of mine. Found out I’m straight, that’s good enough for me.
Now, if I was to turn gay, live in Toronto and was looking for a fling/relationship, I’d definitely look up Matt_mcl. Dude, you’re one of my favorite posters on this board. Since I’m straight and live in Salt Lake City with no plans to travel to Canada, I’m forced to settle for reading your posts.
Sigh
You might like the movie Cry-Baby, then!
Helen Hunt. She is a Goddess.
Janeane Garofolo. She’s pretty, and funny.
That’s about it, I think…
Traci Lords and the whole Rockabilly thing? I loved it.
