I’ve said it before here, but every time I see someone displaying trump or trump-adjacent merch all I can think of is comedian Bill Engvall’s long-running schtick telling tales of people being idiots in various situations and his tagline response “Here’s your sign!” (to carry to warn others that you’re a fool) e.g. [Bill Engvall - Here's Your Sign]

I love truth in labeling. Now I can easily recognize the total dipshits and unreasonable jerkwads from 50 paces with no need to risk speaking with them to learn the truth.

This last few days I went to a touristy destination and stayed at a resort. And so saw lots of people out of their normal home environment. Which is often their cue to be inadvertently radically inappropriate for wherever they are.

I didn’t see any especial trumpiness in the crowd; some but not extreme. But I did do several double-takes when I saw red baseball caps, expected they were trumpy and they turned out to be older Budweiser hats or Nike hats or somesuch.
