Viggo, but only as he looks in Lord of the Rings. Clean-shaven, he’s somewhere under meh.
Viggo is a real good lookin’ guy. Check him out in The Reflecting Skin. I vote for him.
Hmmmmm
Viggo and Clive sammich
Hmmmmmm
I vote Viggo.
Clive looks like a little bit of a psycho to me.
The gap has closed to eleven votes.
Before I vote, I will need to know whether they bank at Washington Mutual or Bank of America, and whether they would prefer to be stuck on an island with Ann Coulter or Leni Riefenstal.
Hell, **I ** vote Viggo if we’re saying LOTR looking. I wouldn’t turn that down.
Clive Owen, definitely.
The funny thing about Mr. Mortensen is that sometimes he looks like Aragorn, sometimes he looks like a little old (Danish) man, sometimes he looks like a psycho, and sometimes you don’t even notice him.
How the heck does he do it?
BTW his little boy Henry is about to be 18 years old! They grow up so fast…
And if you need evidence of Mr. Owen’s sexiness, may I suggest you rent:
Croupier
Greenfingers
Gosford Park or
King Arthur ?
(I haven’t seen Closer, Sin City or Derailed, and while he is gorgeous in Beyond Borders I don’t recommend the movie. Actually I can’t recommend King Arthur either but homminahomminahommina…
Greenfingers was an all right movie if you’re looking for 2 hours of cliched video by the numbers – nice Clive, couldn’t honestly rec the movie, though.
Gosford Park was – oh yeah, that upper/lower English house thing. Liked it quite a bit for the glimpse of what life might have been like at those places, although being American I have no clue if it’s accurate or not. And Clive’s quite the looker in that one, yes indeed.
Sin City was awesome, although I honestly need to watch it again with captions. His Dwight (what I saw of him as I had to hit the ladies’ during the middle) was pretty good.
As for Vig, damn straight if it’s Aragorn I’m taking him. Although he honestly needs a stiff bath for about 4/5 of the trilogy.
I don’t see how anyone could find Viggo more attractive than Clive. I mean, neither of them are that hot, really. But if you look at IRL photos of the two, Clive’s got it all over Viggo.
Viggo’s still ahead by only eleven votes (I almost typed “elven,” snort)…
Clive saved the movie Closer … I’ve never been more turned on by such an unlikeable character but damn he was HOT!!
He actually ruined Jude Law for me forever because he just really was fascinating in that role while Jude seemed more like a big wuss…
I do like Viggo in LOTR but I like Clive in far more flicks… plus he’s got an accent . That alone is a tie breaker…
Clive Owen by far. “Beyond Borders” was of course too melodramatic, but he and Angelina Jolie were beautiful together. He (or Dominic West, either way) should have been the next James Bond.
Don’t you mean a Poysyn sandwich? On Clive with a side of Viggo?
So far that’s 4 votes for Viggo and 4 for Clive, along with a few undecideds. I’m gonna break the tie and go for Clive all the way, baby. Viggo kinda creeps me out. The first movie I remember seeing him in was The Perfect Murder. Meh. Whereas Clive, with that deep sexy voice… Mmmm…
Oh yeah babeeee!
Which one first?
Now that’s a question for a poll!
Throw a little Gerard Butler in there and it would be game over for me!
I am such a sucker for an accent and the darkly handsome guy.
It’s all about Clive, definitely. He has that “I’m already fucking you and you LIKE it” air about him that’s just so very sexy… Sure he comes across kind of a psycho, aren’t the hottest ones always like that to some extent? It’s the dangerous bad boy thing–we can indulge it vicariously in movie stars so we don’t have to deal with it in real life. :smack:
Clive is not the guy you bring to your parent’s house for dinner–not unless you don’t mind his hand up your skirt in front of your mom… Okay, I’m going to stop thinking right now–well, in just a minute, I swear!
I so agree…
