For me, hands down it has to be Tara Monroe.
It’s kind of embarrassing but when I ran this vote on Deep Mojo the ultimate supercomputer in 3010 (during a recent timetravel adventure of mine which is beside the point), it actually declared me both the most handsome man AND the most beautiful woman. It decided that whatever the dividing line between genders, it was but a mere biological blip on the scale of cosmic time, which… aw, shucks, apparently I dominate it like a colossus.

Ok, I totally agree with previous posters on the awesome beauty (and raging sexuality) of Tiffani Amber Theissen and Rebecca Romjin [I don’t acknowlege her post-hyphen name, gets in the way of fantasy].
Other prominent beauties that I didn’t notice mentioned are the omnipresent Cindy Crawford and the mesmerizing beauty of Cameron Diaz, whose personality really does seem to shine through her skin. (sorry, getting carried away).
But what about my all-time fav, the former Victoria’s Secret model, Emmanuelle something-or-other (help!!), of the enormous, luscious lips and fully-ripened curves that put the skinny runway models to shame and establish the paradigmatic form of a “real” woman, awash with sexuality and confident in the direct glance and. . . and . . . and . . .
