There are so many (most female Batman characters, anime chicks, Ro from The Zeta Project), but if you want one that had an unusually powerful effect on me it would be Pete’s wife from ‘Goof Troop’ (the evil neighbor IS named Pete, right?). I found myself watching that show with the hope she’d be in that episode, and I’m not usually into the anthropomorphic animals.
