Who's this actor and where else have I seen him (Dog Day Afternoon 1975)

I noticed this guy at the end of “Dog Day Afternoon” (which, if you haven’t seen it - see it! Now!) He looks very familiar to me but the character only appears in two scenes at the end and he doesn’t have a name or dialog, so I can’t look him up. I feel like I’ve seen him in other things from the 70s. I thought it might be a young Vernon Wells, but it’s not. Also thought it might be the guy who played Biggs in Star Wars (Garrick Hagon) but it’s also not him.

Here’s the full credit list from IMDB. What kind of role did this actor play?

He’s basically an extra. He’s the driver of Agent Sheldon (the FBI agent who’s negotiating with the bank robbers.) I assume he’s then supposed to also be an FBI agent. Very minor role with no dialog.

Bears a passing resemblance to PH Moriarty (probably best known for Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, he’s also in Jaws 3 and The Long Good Friday), but I can’t imagine it actually is him.

Looks like Bryan Cranston, especially the last three photos.

Looks somewhat like actor William Smith.

Pedro Pascal looks a bit like him.
