If we are going SNL. I’d have to go with Cecily Strong.
Rich Hall.
No.
I am lying.
I’m straight and female, but I kinda have a crush on her. Jane Lynch, too.
Same as it has been for almost 40 years: Jane Seymour
Go watch the brass teapot. There is a scene where she wears a tight green dress.
Having finally exhausted the backlogged supply of Midsomer Murders episodes, I’ve been casting around for another British TV detective series and recently discovered Vera and the jaw-dropping David Leon who plays the sidekick DS Ashworth. Unfortunately he leaves after season 4 but that still means 16 episodes of 1.5 hours each.

This would have been a good answer in, oh, 1978.

mmm
Melissa O’Neil
Felicity Jones
and rather belatedly, Missy Higgins.
Bryce Dallas Howard
Jessica Chastain.
I binge-watched the first season of Supergirl recently, and she really grabbed me as the character. But the crazy thing is that she seems just as likeable and down to earth in interviews, too. The show’s great, but she makes it a real pleasure to watch.
My age appropriate celebrity crush is Connie Britton. Pictures of Connie Britton - Pictures Of Celebrities
My younger crush is Jessica Chastain. Jessica Chastain Buys $5.2M Apartment at The Osborne | StreetEasy
Yeah, I like redheads. It’s a curse
Sigh. Yeah.
Veronica Belmont. And Felicia Day, of course. And they’re friends, so… well, let’s not go there.
Still Adrien Brody and Ty Burrell. I’m very loyal to my crushes.
In the past year ? Probably Rose Byrne. She looks like she’s the kind of person whose totally classy and elegant but crazy fun when you get to know them.
For the more traditionally hot, there’s Minka Kelly
And Anna Kendrick has been mentioned already.
Another fan of Anna Kendrick for her humor and outlook.
I’ve also “re-discovered” Josie Lawrence, one of the finest improv comedians in the biz, thanks to the re-airing of some of her radio work. I do love me smart, funny women, and her voice just does it for me. I even saw her live on stage in Whose Line Is It Anyway? a while ago.
(Also - looking pretty good for her age, or indeed any age. Rowr.)
Within the last year? I would have to go with Jameela Jamil, who plays Tahani on “The Good Place”. Yowza.
I haven’t seen a movie in years, and there isn’t any TV show that I’d watch these days just to see a crush. The most recent was probably Amy Poehler in Parks and Rec. A cutie turns up once in a while in a TV commercial, but there aren’t any going on just now.
Subsection, singers not usually seen. I recently discovered and loved the music of Aster Aweke, and when I saw what she looked like, I just went senseless.
Watched Sawdust and Tinsel again yesterday primarily to re-familiarize myself with the stunning pixie Harriet Anderson.
DAY-UM.
