I have always had the following thought regarding one of Mister Obvious’ exes, but it seems to apply to most of the people posting here as well. That thought being: You MIGHT realize in a day and a half that you have been told off. Then again, I may be over estimating you. Just as it went right over the Pharisees’ heads when Christ rebuked them, none of you seem to realize how severely you have been rebuked by an exceptionally knowledge Christian who has learned over the past 30 yrs to fully understand Christian teachings far beyond that which counterfeit Judeo-Christian churches could ever teach. I myself have been a Christian since my late teens and learned a great deal from my brother in law, Mister Obvious, since becoming a member of this family.

The true meaning is not difficult to detect, and God has been known to use euphemisms elsewhere. Even the “Toxic Twins”, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith, understood that. Listen to the song “Adam’s Apple” from their 1975 Toys in the Attic LP and the sexual connotation becomes crystal clear. What use is this to someone who knows the Bible is a collection of ancient mythology? Even on strictly Biblical terms your interpretation is questionable, although I know the “Eve fucked the snake” school has some adherents.
There’s no rule against it here. I moderate according to the rules of this forum, not the Old Testament. Personally I prefer George Carlin’s version of the Ten Commandments.
