Every time I use the forum search tool, I get the message “not working”?
What gives? I know they like to to search a topic before you post it. But apparently I can’t anyways.
Is it the fault of the boards, or my computer?

It’s the boards fault, not your computer.
The search engine here is admittedly a bit wonky. For some folks it works fine. Others find it completely unusable. Sometimes it gacks on specific terms. Sometimes it won’t work if multiple terms are in a particular order, but if you re-arrange them, then sometimes it works.
Since the search is a feature of the board software we use, we’re kinda stuck with it.

Alas, Google won’t let me do a search in a thread (something I often do in one of the game threads if I want to see the last time something was used, but screw it up and it’s a 120 second wait…)
