Every single honeydew melon I’ve seen has a section which is unripe, I’ve never seen this in any other watermelons, how come?
I have never opened a ripe honeydew to find a section that is unripe. What section is it you’re talking about? Some arbitrary blob-shaped section inside? The part in the middle next to the seeds? The part near the outside next to the rind?
Its the part on the side thats obviously been sitting in the soil while it was growing. Theres an area from the rind to the seeds which is whiter than the rest on this side.
There was a whole table of honeydew melons cut in half at the supermarket once, and each had this imperfection. So I couldn’t buy any of them.
