… when I bend over?
For some reasons, I always seem to feel it. It feels almost painfully sharp when I bend over.

IANAD, but I’d wager a guess it has to do with acne actually being small infections and the blood’s tendency to hang out at infection sites, promoting healing. When you bend over it becomes more noticable. ?
Blood rushes to your head when you bend over, period. It’s more extreme than you might think; pimples shouldn’t be an exception. Ever seen a bald guy’s scalp when he does that? My father is totally bald, and his head can turn bright red- it looks kind of alarming.
No. They don’t hurt when I am standing normal. And the rest of my head doesn’t hurt when I bend over. It almost seems that , when I bend over, some sort of pressure is put just on that spot. Could it just be because that part of my skin is poking out (even though a little) more than the rest of my head.
His idea still makes sense to me. The amount of blood that’s normally there isn’t painful, but if you bend over and blood rushes to your head, that amount increases and could be painful. Of course, it’d be better for a dermatologist to chip in.
