There’s a difference between anchors and correspondents/reporters. Anchors host the shows, the others offer occasional commentary.

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t intended the way you interpreted it. **Ethilrist **was just (facetiously) saying that black anchors were *too *professional to work for a place such as Fox News.
