Some kids need to be housed and counselled away from other people, but I do not agree that kids should be tried as adults or held to the same level of accountability.
It is a fact that they don’t have the same level of understanding as an adult. That doesn’t mean they can’t be dangerous or that they shouldn’t be isolated away from society in some cases.

I’m on the fence, but I’ll answer 15. I agree with the physiological reasons on someone at the age of 15 is not entirely developed yet. It is possible (hell, I say likely) that at 15 a girl can be obsessed by sex and the curiosity of it which could lead her sexual abuse.
