Why is Netflix ignoring my queue?

Same here, but I just assumed the disc has been lying under a discarded pizza box at some stoner’s house.

By the way, I tried the approach suggested by some of emptying my queue except for the ones that were Very Long Wait and the ones to be released the following week. The result was that they sent me no movies until the unreleased ones were available.

The other suggestion to address the throttling issue was to close the Netflix account and open a new one under a different credit card. I may still try that.

The availability on the website is only an estimate, as they don’t know when their copies are going to be returned or who will get them next. I’ve had things listed as “Very Long Wait” show up the next day, and “Available” items get postponed.
