Why is the Affordable Care Act thread still in the Elections forum?

I’ve been puzzled by this for some time. Why is this thread still in the Elections forum: What is your ongoing opinion of the Affordable Care Act? (Title Edited)

Yes, healthcare and this Act are major issues in US politics, but the thread is not about an election as such. It’s about the Act, which has now been in force for some time.

Just as the mods correctly moved the thread on Trudeau’s new Cabinet to IMHO, on the basis that the election was over, shouldn’t this thread get a new home in GD?

Did you report it and it wasn’t acted on? I’m not saying you are wrong for starting this thread but if the Elections mods agree with you putting it in a report would probably work quicker. I’m not speaking for the Elections mods but I know I check the report notices in my forums much more often than ATMB.

Never thought about the report button. I associate it with rules violations, jerks, and whatnot, not a question of thread allocation. Will do so. Thanks.

It’s for anything that might require moderator attention, including forum changes, title edits, and so forth.

Now reported.

Yeah, it’s only been there 35 months, why move it now?
