Have they been hacked by Al Qaida or something? If so has this ever happened before? I cannot imagine that it would be very easy to hack Google.
Google looks fine to me.
I think we need a screenshot. There’s nothing at all unusual on Google for me.
I tried copy and paste, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Anyways its a small red flag (I think of Singapore) in the upper right hand corner of the screen. That’s all I get at www.google.com. Could I have picked up a virus or something? I’ve tried through my AOL service and I still get the same image.
I just checked google.ca, google.us, google.jp, and ~15 other country specific googles, and they look fine too.
Fine here, too.
I tried a link to Google images from Yahoo and it was fine. Also when I went from Google images, and Google News to Google websearch that worked fine too. However, when I simply enter www.google.com I get the darn flag. I’m guessing that I picked up some weird sort of virus or Adware. I don’t know if this is related, but I also noticed that the triangle on my AOL startup screen after signing on, was on its right side. I’ll run Norton, and my spyware stuff to see if anything shows up.
I just cleared my cookies, and Temp Internet Files and now Google comes up just fine. That was really strange.
I saw it, too. It was one of their periodic “special day” things, for Leonardo’s birthday. There was some sort of a flying machine sketch and I forget what else.
Someday, I’ll read OPs more carefully.
