My psycho mom… from IMHO is spammed across several message boards. This was reported (not by me) several days ago.
Any reason that thread was not closed?
As the reporter, I should mention that even if it’s not a sock, all of the OP’s threads are posted at the same multitudinous forums. (And the same ones as the earlier (now banned) poster, which is why I think they’re identical.)
But I know it’s Being Looked Into so… there’s no real hurry. Fortunately she’s not spamming the SDMB or causing a big ruckus.
It’s just that usually when someone spams a whole series of message boards, the thread gets shut down right away. Whether this person is a sock or not should’t matter on that point.
While we wait, I’d like to recognize choie’s detective work. <thumbs up smilie>
Absolutely correct, and I’ve closed down the thread. We’d normally cause it to disappear, but it went on for four pages, so I’m reluctant to do that until the mods have had some private discussion (I can see arguments both ways.) I’m not sure why this got overlooked, but my apologies that it did. The mods were discussing that she wasn’t a sock, I’m not sure what happened to the spammer evidence. Anyhow, thanks to all for the detective word and clearing it up.
