Using latest version of Outlook at work. In my folders tab i’ve got '‘me@domain.com’ with inbox, deleted etc underneath. I right click on ‘me@domain.com’ and select create new folder. I give it a name and the folder shows up but there is no folder icon beside it. I’ve right clicked the folder and selected properties, changed view and no icon. My co workers have an icon beside their created folders. I asked around and no one is sure why mine doesn’t. I guess I could open a support ticket but I hate doing that to the busy IT dudes over something aesthetic.
Anyone know? I’ve googled it and searched Microsoft.
