Cecil Adams, Jack Chick, and Bigfoot are the same person!
Bigfoot is blurry by nature. So it’s not the photos. Anyway – they’re better than that pencil drawing of Jack Chick offered up. 
No – I’m thinking of more of a “The name’s Chick. Jack Chick” character –
Anyway — it’s become obvious that I’ll have to travel elsewhere for my chick photos – 
RE Jimmy Akin’s drawing of JTC, it confirms another account in which the writer met JTC & says he resembles Slim Pickens.
A whole fricken’ lot. You could probably wallpaper the universe with the ones that have gotten into circulation.
So… Bigfoot is a quantum dynamics animal. Must be in the same Order or Family as Felis Schroedingeris.

I think the problem was they were using actual Chick artwork, and just editing them to change the text. I don’t believe that would be considered protected.
Since then, people came up with their own artwork imitating various tracts. Chick still pitched a fit, but there wasn’t anything he could do, from what I recall.
