Just to expand on what Tuba said, keep in mind that while many of us do have one or two assigned forums, that does not mean it is against the rules for us to moderate elsewhere. It’s not like the police crossing state lines. 
But isn’t it kind of like the mob going into a different territory? You can do what needs to get done but if you cross the locals, you can get wacked?
