Why won't my kid's account display this page? (Vista+IE7)

I just created a user account for my youngest, and am trying to set it up so that the one icon she has on her desktop goes here.

I did this about a year ago for my other kid and had no problem. But for some reason, this time, it won’t display the Flash portion of the page. (I think it’s Flash anyway.)

I tried downloading and installing Flash using her account. I also tried installing Java just in case I’m wrong and it’s Java, but the website tells me she already has Java installed so that doesn’t seem to be the problem.

I’m getting nothing int he Flash part of the page. I’m not getting a yellow bar asking to install an ActiveX control, or anything like that, either.

Any idea what I might be missing?

What browser are you using? And, does it have any add-ons installed?

Works fine with Vista+Firefox 3

(As it says ahem in my OP’s title… :)) I’m using IE7.

No add-ons that I know of.

I should clarify, it works fine for Vista+IE7 as well. Just not in this one user account that I just created.

This user account is not an admin account, but neither is my other kid’s account and he never had a problem.

Sorry about missing the browser in the title - I read the OP twice looking for it instead

If you right-click on the area where the movie should be, does it bring up a Flash menu? (with stuff like “About Adobe Flash…”)

Also, have you tried comparing the security settings on your son’s IE7 versus the new one? Perhaps default settings have changed with Windows Updates since you last tried to do this setup.
