That’s interesting. My dad wore boxers. Thus, I’ve worn briefs all my life because I didn’t want to look like an old man. I figured the same applied with my nephews wearing boxers: they didn’t want to look like their fathers/men my age.
How is it shallow?
Let’s try to avoid blanket statements like this that seemingly judge/criticize others by sexuality and gender.
Yeah, I dunno. My dad wears briefs and I wear briefs and have done so for most of my life. (There was a brief period in 6-7th grade where I flirted with boxers but it was not comfortable.) That being said, my briefs are almost nothing like his which are standard white y-fronts and mine run the color and cut gamut.
