The survivor of this massacre started to give her testimony in court today, but apparently the judge has asked the media to put a lid on it; the result is that this website:
is actually selling the testimony, and it’s pretty obvious who the main buyers are gonna be. Court-TV were going to cover this at first, then changed their mind.
The judge may have had the best of motives, but the result is that someone is going to get rich from this poor girl’s ordeal.

That website isn’t selling the “testimony”–what they’re selling is just a copy of the preliminary hearing from April of 2001, which doesn’t mean a thing except as a sick souvenir of some sort.
Um, no, someone is going to get rich from the gullibility of Internet buyers who think they’re getting something special.
It’s hardly being done in a corner. No gag orders that I can see.
I’ve followed this case for the last 3 days, from Atlanta. No media blackout, thanks to the sources cited above.
By the way: Beware if you put the alleged perps names and the state (Kansas) into Google.
My company’s firewall blocked about 2/3, with the rationale: RACIST:1 SEX:1 etc.
A LOT of the links lead to white supremacist/segregationist sites with… problematic and slanted opinions about the disposition of these 2 accused folks. The details of the crime(s) are horrible. Not for the weak-of-heart.
