I can buy a new, unregistered copy of the edition of Photoshop Elements I want from Germany, but will I have any issues using it here in the US? Can I switch it to English menus, and use standard US keyboard layout? Any other potential problems.
I don’t know Elements, but Adobe has a hugely active online community to answer questions like this.

My Adobe Reader, for example, says “select language”. My options are English or same as operating system…
