There are a lot of things that used to be common, accepted courtesies. Trump is proud to be a disrupter, upsetting the apple cart of all the stodgy old “rules”. Biden doesn’t even owe him a ‘goodbye’. If Trump is on Marine One (or any other presidential transport) at the time of the inauguration, I say they stop as soon as it’s convenient, let him out, and turn around.
