On inauguration day Trump will be in Moscow in order to avoid prosecution.

The only reason Twitter hasn’t banned him is because, as president, he is “news worthy”. Will Twitter ban him on Jan. 20?

As soon as Biden is inaugurated, don’t all the planes, helicopters, limousines, etc. come under his authority? It would be interesting if the Marine helicopter landed at Andrews at 12:02 and the vehicle waiting for Trump was a rented Toyota.
That’s what I was thinking. Trump can’t possibly be flying about on Marine 1 / AF1 at the same time as Biden’s inauguration. Unless the inauguration is before 12 noon that is, which I would expect it would be.
He can fly on the same helicopter or plane; they just won’t be Marine One or Air Force One after noon. In fact I think it’s a courtesy to let the outgoing president go home on the Air Force One plane.
But courtesy is all it is. If he’s going to be a showboating asshole doing “look at me!” during Biden’s oath, the man can bloody well walk.
Meant to say would not be.
If he plans to be holding a rally when Biden is inaugurated, I’d assume he’d take the government plane into Florida then take a Trump limo to the rally.
Considering the carnage among his associates, I think a bus ticket is in order.
There are a lot of things that used to be common, accepted courtesies. Trump is proud to be a disrupter, upsetting the apple cart of all the stodgy old “rules”. Biden doesn’t even owe him a ‘goodbye’. If Trump is on Marine One (or any other presidential transport) at the time of the inauguration, I say they stop as soon as it’s convenient, let him out, and turn around.
Or strap a parachute on him and toss him out the door.
Here’s a question: if he goes on a tweet rage spouting his CT inanities does twitter cut him off right then? I think Trump will try to outdo Biden with either a rally or tweet storm or something.
In which case, Trump better hope that Trump has the foresight to bring his own Trump-branded golden parachute.
He’ll be in Florida already on January 20,. And January 6, and January 5, and January 1 and December 31… Once he leaves for the holiday, he’s gone for good, imo. There’s no chance of any last-minute showboating on Marine/Air Force 1. The dude’s already checked out of the job. There’s no way he will be anywhere near DC a month and a half from now. I’m not even convinced he’ll be president on January 19.
Or conveniently forget the parachute.
