He could rename the street to like, “Main St.”. Does that count as abolishing it? Actually, I don’t think as president he could unilaterally do that. He could call it that as a nickname though.

I don’t think the President has the power to abolish Wall Street.
To do that, I think you’d have to talk to Catherine McVay Hughes. She chairs the community board of that neighborhood of Manhattan, and I believe they are the ones to contact in order to rename streets in that area, theoretically including Wall Street.
Thinking purely hypothetically, could some kind of executive order or orders affecting government contractors damage Wall Street, at least to some extent? Perhaps by saying that the government will no longer do business with publicly traded companies, or something insane like that?
I’m not suggesting that Sanders, or anyone else, would set out to be destructive in this manner simply for the hell of it, but would it be possible?
