I am not the greatest fan of football alive, in fact I prefer rugby but I want everyone in this board to wish my country good luck. We need to win this cup.
5 presidents in less than a months. An economy in ruins. People actually fleeing the country. And my personal favourite horror: In one of the most fertile country in the worlds, a country that produce food to feed it’s own population several times, a lot of persons are actually hungry.
I know that there several countries in a worse shape but I doubt they had a worst year (Afghanistan might be an exception but then again they are not playing). So wish us luck

We’re running a little World Cup result prediction game(very much akin to the one launched on the Boards recently) at school, including forecasting the World Cup winner, and most of the players (me included) actually picked Argentina.
When looking at bookmakers’ odds, Argentina also appears to have excellent chances. So good luck from me!
