Wow! I just posted to another thread, and realized two very interesting facts.

  1. I’m 3 posts away from hitting 3000 posts.
  2. My registration date on The Straight Dope is 03-14-1999!

I’ve been on the board for over 10 years. I’m user #157. I wonder how many active users there are that joined before me?

Like a lot of you, I came over from the AOL days. I couldn’t believe it at first and thought it would be the end of The Dope by moving off of AOL.

So, wish me a belated happy 10th anniversary if you’re so inclined. :slight_smile:

I would assume (and the OP backs me up, I think) that the realization was made after the post preceding the OP to this thread, such that Enright only had 2977 posts at that time.
