Well, I’m sure you have, but at another message board I belong to, a few of us noticed that we were coming up on our 10th anniversary as members. That caused me to check here and I noticed that it will be my 12th anniversary this Friday.
I’m sure others have been here longer, I still recognize a lot of names, but who, beyond the might Cecil himself, has been here longer?
Too damn long, if I may say so myself. I can’t beleive I haven’t found something more useful to do with my time after all these years.

I was on the old AOL site. Mostly for the columns. I know I checked out the forum on a few occasions. Took me a little while to find the new site and a little longer to join.

I lurked for a good 8 months or so before I signed up; I’d be in the '00 crowd if I hadn’t.
I’m not sure of my exact join date, but I’m one of the many '99ers around here, that puts us at 13 years. Plus, as Loach said, I was on the AOL boards for quite a while as well.
I hit 12 years in June. I was absent from the board entirely for about 2 years, but I got the stamina working for me.
There are piles of 99ers still around, not to mention people who came over from the AOL board.
Coming up on a decade of Dope in October - though to be fair, I lurked for almost a year before signing up.
