I do not like long hair on men. Shaggy not past the ears is cute, but I prefer shorter hair. No buzzcuts either though. Need to be able to run my hands through it!

It doesn’t weird me out, it confirms that I have good taste. (Add to that his deep voice and hearty laugh, and I’m happy girl.)
Though I did say to him, “Honey, this girl on my messageboard thinks you’re adoreable!”
To which he replied, “You put up that picture where I look like a bloody wanker, didn’t you?”
Hehehehe…that photo is a series of “art” shots taken by a friend of his for the friend’s portfolio. I love them, my husband says he “looks like a dick.”
And I gotta go with GingerOfTheNorth, I’d lick your husband, too. 
(But short hair is better for him, IMO.)

24 year old female here. My ideal is a man with medium length hair (shaggy, but not long enough to put in a ponytail). As a general rule, I DO NOT find crew cuts attractive and would prefer almost any other hairstyle, possibly even including a mullet (no offense intended to the brave men and women of the military).
For ponytail style long hair, it definitely depends on the guy. Some men have nice, thick, luxurious hair and look good that way. Others just look scuzzy like that.
30 years old. I prefer long hair, though I wouldn’t have not dated someone I liked just because of hair length. My hubby has had long hair for as long as I’ve known him, but I’ve seen old high school pictures with short hair and he looks pretty dorky.

Stephen Jenkins’ hair in this video is as long as I’ve ever found appealing on guys. But that length is *really * appealing 
I used to exclusively like only guys with long hair - as long as it was well kept.
The I joined the army.
One summer of basic training and I preferred men with short well-kept hair.
Now I am decidedly “Whatever looks best” on the particular guy.
38 and in general I like it. But it’s got to be clean and there’s some faces that simply don’t work well with it.
Some white guys wear dreadlocks that are, well, absolutely dreadful and make me think of lice and acarii and other ugh stuff. And of a big pair of scissors and a shaver, yes?
YES. Long hair on men is perhaps the only physical attribute which gets me pretty much instantly. I like it long and shiny, long and wavy, long and curly, long and frizzy and ravaged… I just love long hair.
It does have to be clean, though.
I don’t only like guys with long hair, mind you, but a guy with long hair is about 20 times more likely to catch my eye.
I’m 26 and I’ve been like this since I was a kid with crushes on Sebastian Bach from Skid Row, Joe Elliott from Def Leppard and, Jani Lane from Warrant, the Great White singer whose name I don’t know, and last but not least, Gunnar Nelson from Nelson.
I like long hair. I used to absolutely love it, and then Mr. Lissar got his cut.He had very thick, long hair. and now he has short hair.
I like both, but long hair doesn’t inspire instant, ‘Oooh!’ anymore.
